From the moment i stepped in through the door, Mark and the rest of the team were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in sorting everything for my cycle to work bike. I could have just ordered the bike to my door through my scheme provider and cashed in on an extra 10% discount, but the team at County Cycles proved why you should always buy local. From discussions about spec, to helping me understand posture, to getting me comfortable using cleats for the first time before leaving, the service was absolutely first class.
