Courtney Bersuder was a true pleasure to interact with and represented us extremely well. She utilizes her experience and all the resources available to her in order achieve the outcome we desired. She is very approachable and made herself available on evenings and weekends in regards to communication when important matters needed to be addressed. In our situation we were selling vacant undeveloped land to potential clients that were looking to build there next home on. We have sold several homes over the decades, but this was the first time with selling vacant land. This process is much more complicated than just selling a home, but Courtney provided the appropriate guidance and marketing skills to make this a smooth and stress free transition that gained multiple offers in a difficult market. Our property definitely captured much more traffic than other properties for sale in our area as a direct result of Courtney's experience and approach. I would strongly recommend her to our family and friends.
