The teachers - whenever there is a consistent primary teacher in place, the rooms are amazing. However, when the main teacher leaves it’s a hard adjustment for my daughter and we find that we get much fewer updates about what’s happening during the day as well as pictures.

We have been at Cranfield for about 3 1/3 years now and we do love it. The staff is kind, dedicated, and committed to the kids. I’ve never once doubted my girls are supported, loved and nurtured. The staff turnover is minimal, which is so hard to find and makes the world of difference. I feel lucky and truly blessed to have Libby and her team there for us.

Our daughter has been at Cranfield since March, and we couldn’t be happier. The teachers are incredibly loving and attentive, and our 1.5-year-old has already learned so much in just a few months. We’re so grateful for the safe, warm, and nurturing environment Cranfield provides—it truly feels like a second home for our little one.

The entire Cranfield family, from leadership to the teachers and support staff, are wonderful. We actually left and came back because we knew that the environment fostered by Libby and her team couldn’t be matched at other local daycares. Communication with families is wonderful. Most teachers have been there for many years. They foster a happy learning environment for all the children and offer so many opportunities for families to be involved throughout the year. Any concerns or issues are handled professionally and are taken to heart. I would recommend Cranfield at Carmel to anyone!
