We walked in with a bike, and told our story about not being able to work on my granddaughter's bike. Ten minutes later we walked out -- with her bike ready to ride! I had not expected such fast service and had been prepared to leave the bike for a few days...

I was touched by how polite and kind and encouraging your staff were when I was in the other day. A young man at the service desk “parked” my bike for me and helped me attach a strap properly on my handlebar (for my iPhone) and didn’t make me feel stupid that I couldn’t figure it out…he was super nice about it..and another at the cash desk was just so friendly and encouraging. I’ve been a little intimidated as an older woman returning to cycling, joining a bike club, and really I’m just relearning a lot of bike stuff I could do myself once, so thanks to your staff for their patience and willingness, much appreciated!
