The products are high quality and the prices are reasonable compared with competing stores. But the real reason I support and recommend Cranky's is the service. All the staff at the locations I have been to have been knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This is true whether I have been buying small items, asking maintenance questions or browsing bikes. It is also in sharp contrast to another local bike shop where the staff have largely been condescending and rude as though my presence there was a gross inconvenience.

Products are similar to what you can find elsewhere. But it is the Service that sets you apart. I walked in with a bike in mind and Dakota was extremely helpful. Especially as is has been over 35 years since my last mountain bike purchase. I cant thank him and the service team enough for getting me educated, equipped and out the door.

Great people and great bikes and accessories. Chris, Dakota, and Dillon are so knowledgeable and dedicated to making my biking experience a success. They really helped me to feel confident about riding again and helped me choose a bike well suited to my abilities. As a senior person, they showed complete respect and caring for my needs for safe and fun biking. I felt I was in great hands. Thank you guys!

Jack was exceptional. He was very busy yet took the time to let me know he would be right with me. Asked how he could help me with a big smile, answered all of my questions with enthusiasm while he was working on my bike, and then helped me to select some accessories for my new e bike. He was interested, helpful, and very knowledgeable about bikes and willing to share that knowledge. Jack provided 12/10 service in a time when self serve is the norm. Thank you Jack!
