Brought in a used BMX bike I bought for my boy and Crankys tuned it up nice so it's all ready to go for race season. They also ordered and installed new pedals and grips as per my request. Great job and thank you.

St Albert Cranky's Staff is very knowledgeable they give great Services . i only thing i would suggest would bring in more sections on accessory clothing, add on for bikes etc in the store.

We have been dealing with Cranky's Bike Shop for over 20 years and their services have always been superior. We are greeted upon entering by very professional and knowledgeable staff who continously go above and beyond to help us with our needs. We did go in for a tune up, but came out with a much larger bill than we had planned. However, we were given the opportunity to opt in or out of the larger tune up, and chose to to opt in. The bikes should be good for a few years now as we do not use them daily, but want them working well when we did. Staff: polite, well spoken, informative, helpful and knowledgable. We appreciate the clean appearance and healthy look..... no swearing, no yelling at others, clean work space, and tidy store. If anyone is looking for anything biking, Cranky's is the place to go. Thank you for your help.
