I like that they are professional who also ride bikes themself. The guys at the shop are friendly and I got service right away , I don't know much about bike maintenance never had too many problems, but my bike I bought April 1st is a red trek 2 commuter bike& I had some problems, it was making funny noises , so I rode it slowly from home in the Woodlands downhill all the way to St Albert Centre where I volunteer at the Shava bookstore, and then to Cranky's in St Albert. The gentleman (Mark ? ) said he was glad I came because the wheel in the front was loose and both tires needed air .
I love the service there ๐ they are caring and almost always busy too. I like that I can get a coffee and rest if I need to, and I like looking at the accessories for my ride.
I am slightly handicapped but not really, because of my bionic parts in my left leg I have an inner prosthetic leg ๐ฆฟ and the bike adds to my mobility and strength ๐ช ๐
Thanks to God ๐ And Jesus is my Lord and Savior . God bless ๐ thanks Cranky's I like my new bike ๐ฒ.from Allison
