Chris Jugo undertook a two hour bike fit for me on July 17, 2025. It was a very comprehensive review of my situation and I now have a much better understanding of the physical elements of my bike. The physical changes to my bike included shorter handles bars, new seat and adjustments vertically and horizontally to provide me with a much more comfortable bike stance. I highly recommend the benefits of a bike fit. [NAME REMOVED]

The staff at the Unity Square location are stellar. I came in with faulty shifters on a road bike and needed a quote for the cost of repairs - they were more than happy to conduct a full assessment then and there to give me a quote, even including a stretched chain. Once I heard back from my original bike supplier, I was able to get my bike into the shop for repairs. They ordered the new parts, installed them, and replaced the chain too. The day after getting my bike back from repairs, I fell over and appeared to damage the brand-new shifters. Luckily, they were just nudged out of place and the staff were able to fix/re-align the shifts on the spot. I gave it a test ride for 5 minutes and came back for fine-tunning adjustments. Absolutely wonderful customer service.

Excellent service! If you are the type of bike rider that values and enjoys biking as much as I do, you will love Cranky's. They demonstrate a high degree of commitment to quality customer service. I located a set of hard-to-find 2x11 shifters on the Cranky's website (on sale no less!), but wanted to follow up with a phone call to ensure I was ordering the correct model. The gentleman I spok with could not have been more helpful or patient with me (little experience with ordering/installing parts) and I ordered the shifters with full confidence. I was a little concerned that it might take 10-14 days to receive them (I'm in Ontario), but alas they landed within 3 days of shipping! Could not be more happy with Cranky's!!
