The staff was very helpful and accommodating with my flat tire repair. And I was impressed with the process and wait time for the flat tire to be repaired.
Good products, but I must say the little issues I am having with my new Trek Domain I am thinking the purchase I made was a mistake.
Had to get the brakes bled, after a couple uses at my cost. I would think a new car the brakes would have been bled before it was delivered.
Now the seat post won’t stay up so I am waiting for the part to come in.
In the meantime I have my 25 year old Giant road bike which never lets me down.

Friendly staff that knows cycling. The St. Albert location still has the best area to test ride with the trails in the area, but once I was told about the bike lane to the north of the shop test riding was much better than the parking lot and I was able to get a good feel for how the bike rode.
Good price for quality product. Faster delivery than expected. The staff in store were friendly and relaxed. I have been to other bike shops in the city where the staff treat you like you're just going to grab a bike and walk out the front door without paying but then get really rude if you ask them a question about the bikes... that was not the case at Cranky's. Which makes me a whole lot more likely to spend my $ at Cranky's.
