The staff is incredible. Chris goes above and beyond for me as I’m from out of town, and when I ask him if something is a good purchase such as the shoes I bought this year, he doesn’t try and push items and even tells me things like “you’ll benefit from these but your current shoes will last one more season” I prefer to drive 4 hours to spend my money and time with Chris and the Cranky’s staff, when I’m due for a mountain bike I’ll definitely be buying here. I can’t say enough good things about Chris and the staff for all the calls and emails they answer when I have questions regarding my gravel bike. And even when before I purchased it, the St. Albert store called Chris to see if the frame would fit me before I drive down to purchase. Overall amazing team

The clear overview of what would be included in my service package and the provision of an estimate was great because I knew what I was getting. I really appreciated the inspection of the bike on the stand right at check in. The service was done faster than expected, and the text notification was helpful. I didn't have any big surprises and it was under the estimate. I liked the explanation of additional work done at my pickup and the itemization of what was completed on my receipt. Overall, my service experience was positive and the staff were professional, helpful, and respectful. Often as a woman, I have felt talked down to by mechanics, but everyone I talked to at the shop was great.

Tyler was awesome in getting us everything we needed and answering all of our questions and making everything a very smooth transaction. We were delighted that we could pick the bike up in just a couple hours after purchase with the back saddle attached and the lights installed, etc. We were super impressed.

I had a great experience with this bike shop! They fixed my bike quickly and did a great job it’s running like new again. The staff were friendly, helpful, and really knew what they were doing. I appreciate the quality of service and will definitely come back if I need anything else. Highly recommend!

Chris was an amazing help in getting me set up over the phone with the 3 bikes I purchased. He helped with really understanding my needs for myself and my 2 teens. Upon pickup everything was ready and even the experience of getting to pick out the pedals to have them bolted on was a lot of fun for us. Great service, really understood our needs and wants!
