I was looking for a bike helmet. Armando was very helpful and showed me the display of helmets. I wanted a bike helmet that was more comfortable and found one I liked. I used it today for a 3 hour bike ride. So comfortable I didn’t even now I was wearing it. No pressure points. It was expensive but worth it. Thanks Armando.

Friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to help us sort out a problem with a bike, and when they didn't have the part in stock, instead of pressuring us into ordering the part, suggested we might try another bike shop to see if they had one in stock.

The store has excellent levels and variety of stock, and a pleasant atmosphere to shop in. Great experience working with Chris! Chris laid out the top options, and gave great explanations on the latest updates in mountain bike technology. I ended up getting a great upgrade to replace a 25 year old bike, with just the right accessories. Recommended!

The staff is incredible. Chris goes above and beyond for me as I’m from out of town, and when I ask him if something is a good purchase such as the shoes I bought this year, he doesn’t try and push items and even tells me things like “you’ll benefit from these but your current shoes will last one more season” I prefer to drive 4 hours to spend my money and time with Chris and the Cranky’s staff, when I’m due for a mountain bike I’ll definitely be buying here. I can’t say enough good things about Chris and the staff for all the calls and emails they answer when I have questions regarding my gravel bike. And even when before I purchased it, the St. Albert store called Chris to see if the frame would fit me before I drive down to purchase. Overall amazing team
