I was very impressed with the quality of work and having a company that actually removes small amounts of (non-toxic) molds found. The previous company who "encapsulated" our crawl space for previous homeowner was a large pest control company whose work was shoddy. They did not even remove mold on wood timbers and left floor insulation in the crawl space which is not a good idea- it can trap mold and moisture. Crawl Space Ninjas did a great job for us. They removed all of the insulation below the floor in the crawl space. Then they soda blasted off all mold. Then they treated all of the flooring and timbers with mold disinfectant to inhibit any future mold. Then, they trenched the perimeter and installed another sump pump to carry away any water along the foundation. They laid in an excellent ground vapor barrier. They installed a large volume heavy-duty Aprilaire dehumidifier they, which is keeping the crawl space humidity between 50-58% even during a week of torrential rains in Knoxville. Very Pleased with their work! Had a couple of hiccups along the way which Michael, the owner of the company rectified and took great care of us. We liked the way everything was explained to us and the timely manner in which the work was completed. It is also nice that the men doing the work really seemed to care and were willing to take the time to explain what they were doing at the time. They were very neat in their cleanup.

It's so clean and dry in our crawl space. I couldn't believe how much moisture the dehumidifier removes from under the house. Have not smelled any unpleasant odors since the finished the job. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Jamie Dunn was professional, helpful, trustworthy and very kind. He explained our options, was not pushy (other estimates by 2 companies were by pushy people)and explained what we needed minimum and maximum. The guys that did the actual work cleaning our crawlspace by removing mold and insulation and covering walls and floors, etc., were very courteous and worked hard. Performed quality work. Detail oriented. Did good job cleaning, insulating, and encapsulating crawl space. Dependable and reasonable in your charges.
