We have worked out at the Y early in the morning for over 30 years. There are maybe a dozen or so who do and then we enjoy coffee and a visit with each other for about an hour. We are all 75 + and is a fun event for all. Hope to continue for many more years.
My husband and myself truly enjoy our regular exercise at the Y. In our 80s, we feel better since we do more at the Y instead of just taking walks in the nearby park. In addition, we have met and made friends with other older regulars. The employees are always welcoming and helpful when we want to try a new machine.

It was our middle son’s first time playing basketball at Cross Timbers Family YMCA so he could be on his best friend’s team. He really enjoyed it. We’ll keep an eye out when basketball season starts later this year so we can register our other two sons as well. Thank you!
We've had great coaches through the YMCA sports. Our child has been able to get experience with different sports and the schedule and communication is easy with YMCA.
I have been a member at the Cross Timbers YMCA for twenty plus years. The facility offers a complete variety of workout equipment to accomplish any personal goals one may set. Trainers are available to assist you at any level, be it one-on-one personal, or collectively within an exercise class. The staff is genuine. Time is the true test as health clubs, gyms, etc. may come and go, the Cross Timbers YMCA remains an asset within the community it serves.
The people that work there are very friendly and helpful!
I am a cancer survivor and love everything about the LiveStrong Program. The instructor Priya is amazing!! And is extremely knowledgeable and caring! I don’t know what I would have done without her!
