I have been very pleased with all the service they have done on both of my bikes. They our very knowledgeable on my needs for each bike. All products I have purchased our top of the line that have met my expectations perfectly. The staff are always friendly and helpful to work with.

The amazing, personal, attentive service! Matt went out of his way to make sure my son’s bike was ready to go. Highly recommend Matt and the crew at Crossroads! This is the second bike he has helped me with. Look forward to more opportunities to work with them in the future!

I am blown away once again by the amazing people at Crossroads Cycling in Statesville. Each of these guys go out of their way to help us and get us excited to ride every time we visit the store. We purchased a bicycle for our daughter’s birthday, and customer service was top-notch from start to finish (as it always is). Anytime we’ve needed work or service done, it’s done right and never takes long. We are so thankful for you guys!!! We are loyal customers, and will bonus’s the store when it leaves Statesville :-(, but we will most definitely make the drive to Clemmons to see them for all our cycling needs. Thank you for helping to make our daughter’s birthday special!

Amazing staff. They asked the right questions and fit me with exactly the e bike I needed. I am retired, but come from a business where I learned to recognize the difference between simply doing a job, and having passion for a job. These folks have passion, and the ensuing knowledge, to set you up well.

It's never a problem stopping by the shop to get any kind of repair done. They are very friendly and efficient. The people who work there are easy to talk to and very informative. I'm always very happy with the service I receive. Thank you.

The guys were conscious of safety first. I had a wheel with some broken spokes. Upon inspection they felt it was not safe to try to repair it. I got the new wheel yesterday and rode about 13 miles this morning. No issues, shifted great , smooth ride. Thanks to the guys at Crossroads Cycling for their friendly and quality help. [NAME REMOVED]. P.S. Matt offered to meet me in Mocksville with the new wheel. Great customer service.

Service has been outstanding. Had to have new inter tubes on one of our bikes. I took the bike to the shop and two gentlemen jumped right on it. They were very pleasant and quickly repaired my bike
