I love that the class was different from others I usually take (indoor cycling/Shred415/OrangeTheory). It challenged me more than I would have challenged myself. I'm a former D1 softball player, and the class made me feel like an athlete again. I loved how strength-focused it was.

I go everyday and love the people that work here. you have to do two things to increase the client experience. The trainers should post or share workouts, if you go more than two days a week, you practically do the same work out, same exact exercises in each class. If they communicate workouts, there would be less likelihood of repeat or similar workouts each day. you can only do deadlift so many days in a row. mix it up a bit... also, stop the chatter and get to it. we only have 50 minutes, and we sit around and talk for the first 15 minutes of class, you don't need 15 minutes to explain that the treadmills are running at all times, lets work out, my god, lets go, shut up and work out...its getting old, the classes are now only 30 minutes or less of actual work.

Trainers are awesome, no matter who you have, I am always able to have a hard workout. They are also super friendly and helpful. The place is clean and inviting, offers child care, as well as showers.
