Love the variety of classes, the energy that each trainer brings, and the strong community that CTF has built. I feel safe in every workout with the health/safety procedures that have been put in place.

Can we add back the cardio classes? Also, more conditioning/ plyometric focused classes with the weight training using bands/ TRX instead of weights or kettlebells.
Tom, the instructor, was so great! He helped me with each station because I was unfamiliar with several exercises/skills. The front desk was extremely helpful. I really love the structure of the class.
I loved the class I took with Jovana, she explained the exercises well. She helped all of us to performed them correctly. She was pleasant and animated.
Also, I liked the place, has a good amount of equipment and other amenities.
Very kind staff and great offers for those looking to check out the classes! Extremely clean and practice fantastic healthy workouts! Also met other very nice people that were working out the first day I was there as well!
I love this class! The instructors are great and the class goes by so fast! I get a great total body workout and feel like the class makes a difference on my body as I'm trying to get back into shape!
I have been going to Crosstown West Loop consistently for last 2 years. You have great workout variety with respect to individual exercises in total body and total body strength. Love the instructors as well. Two suggestions for you:
* Is there a way to expand the amount of time working out during a class? Between explaining exercises, warm up, cool down, buffer on front and end, we only end up working out 30-35 minutes but use an hour of time. I know I would personally appreciate 40-45 minutes of work at the same level of intensity.
* Related to point above, is there a way to have a third type of class e.g. for people who want higher level of intensity than what is currently offered, e.g. a 90 minute class?
High-energy is important to creative a motivating environment; we all know that exercising is 90% mental - which means you need to be in the righ tenvironment!
The style of workouts. Ross and Tom’s classes are a step above the rest (I only go to the west loop location) and do wish some of the other trainers would take some programming tips from them.....or they teach more!
