Your trainers, thus far, are very good. Some are excellent.
The exercises are great and the format is almost always fun, but I would like a bit more variety to catch other muscles. There's only so many deadlifts and squats I want to do per week!
I love Maggie's classes! I wish she taught more in the west loop mornings!
I would also love to see a change up of music. The coaches seem to all use the same playlist and would love to have more variety of music that makes the workouts more entertaining.
CrossTown is the best! I leave every workout feeling exhausted and accomplished. The coaches do an amazing job setting up the workouts and are always there helping and motivating. Everyone is welcoming and so great!
