The classes are always pretty challenging and I like that! I like the diversity of the classes between weights TRX strength classes ropes etc. Most of the teachers are great too. I wish in the class I took yesterday with Stacey, she went around and helped correct form a little better-I felt like she didn't spend any time doing that (and the class wasn't even that big) and I always like when the teacher does, either with myself when I know I'm doing something wrong or with others and I can see their form is horrible. But some teachers are just better than others with that I guess, they should be there to help though!

Still really happy with everything at Crosstown. Only feedback is less classes with long 8 minute stations and more classes with a lane or short station structure. Kailee continues to be our favorite trainer.

I really liked the instructor's attention to my form for a first time at the class. The studio was very clean and I liked the soft floor on my knees and hands.

I love that the class was different from others I usually take (indoor cycling/Shred415/OrangeTheory). It challenged me more than I would have challenged myself. I'm a former D1 softball player, and the class made me feel like an athlete again. I loved how strength-focused it was.
