I love that crosstown is always different and never gimmicky. The classes are always challenging but still very achievable. It’s one of the only gyms/classes where I don’t stare at the clock every minute waiting for the class to be over.
Instructors are friendly and know what they’re doing. I also like that they correct your form on an exercise if you’re not doing it right. I think that’s very important and greatly reduces the chance for an injury to happen.
I like how the class is designed to be catered toward your personal strengths. It’s as hard as you make it. And I loved the trainer and how she made sure to give constructive criticism and she was very motivating!
