Great general format- every class is total body with a sprinkle of strength, rowing.
In my experience the instructors, their format and selection of exercises to form a compete workout is key to a great workout. The instructors at CTF almost unanimously do this every single class.

I go to the West Loop location and the frequency of classes is great - there is usually always a time that works with my schedule. Additionally, the trainers are awesome and very helpful - specifically Alysha and Shannon. I find the classes to be the right level of challenging but with room for modification which I appreciate. I love that each class is different, so I never get bored of working out at CrossTown!
Your trainers, thus far, are very good. Some are excellent.
The exercises are great and the format is almost always fun, but I would like a bit more variety to catch other muscles. There's only so many deadlifts and squats I want to do per week!
