I am very pleased with Crystal Falls. Our pool and water is in excellent condition and has never been better. Rilee Charlton has done a wonderful job of keeping it in this A1 condition. She is always here when she is expected and does a beautiful job of caring for the water and the pool.

I’ve had Crystal Falls Pool 💦 and they’re very thorough honest and good to work with. However, our specialist Alex, whose last day was yesterday was the best we have ever had. His thoroughness and attention to the walls of our pool and we have a new New Pool… He worked with speed and accuracy, but especially attention to making sure our pool was clean and sparkling when he left. And he did it in the timeframe that many others have come and are brushing the pool while they’re on their phone. We’ve never had anyone as good as Alex and we are so sorry to lose him and hope you will give us your next Best. Thank you.

What an amazing company they completely turned the health of our pool around. It’s always clean and sparkling and if there’s any problems, they address it right away you cannot beat them for making your pool sparkle. I am so happy. I don’t know why I didn’t switch sooner.

Alex Bailey does an excellent job maintaining my pool every Friday and he’s always there around the same time. I was out of town once and he put my jacuzzi cover back on for me which is not his job but I really appreciated that. Thanks for all you do.
