Well, we were on site for this cleaning process. We were impressed with the thoroughness of our tech. The only negative I would give you is that I think your pricing is high, and does not reflect any reward system for long-term customers. I would suggest you look into giving some kind of renewal discount after 5-10 years of continued service to maintain that customer base. Your pricing does force people to shop rates and compare services.
