Crystal Falls is an excellent pool service!! They can be counted in to keep our pool at its best at all times! They communicate in detail about the state of the pool after every service. If repairs or other pool needs arise we are always notified in a very timely manner. The pool techs who come to provide service are always personable and professional. We are always notified of the pool servicing time in advance so that we can secure our dogs to prevent “escape” through our gate!!! We appreciate our association with Crystal Falls very much!!!
