Our tech JOHAN CHAVEZ, has been the BEST since we had your services for 20+ years! Our pool has never lasted a monsoon summer CLEAR this entire time! We were so frustrated by our last techs not being able to keep the chemicals balanced. Johan has been amazing!

The most important thing is that you have not YET tried to upsell me on other services, which was a CONSTANT issue with Amenity Pools. They would tell me they "did an inspection" (they didn't; the cameras don't lie, but they did) and I need to clean my cartridge filter when I had literally JUST done it myself a few weeks earlier. 18 months ago, they wanted to replace my PUMP, yet there is nothing wrong with and it is still running fine. Even though I have your company handle the pool cleaning, I am more than capable of repairing most everything else myself (retired electrical engineer) so please don't go down the same path that Amenity did of constantly trying to get money out of me for COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY work. Thanks! Also, I would like to offer a shout out to my regular tech, MIke Montgomery. He does a great job, understands that repairs should be left to me, and seems like an all-around good guy. Thanks! Seems to be quick and through..Need a way to verify that chlorine was added on a weekly basis other than the reading they provide...Need to note how many three inch tabs were put in each week...
