Our pool technician Kenneth Felix does an outstanding job servicing our pool. From time to time if Kenneth is out with an illness, communication from the former management team was poor. When I first signed on with Amenity Pool Service, I was told that my servicing region was Casa Grande, AZ. For some reason a manger or Director by the name of Mathew [PHONE NUMBER REMOVED], out of the Tucson, AZ office came to my home to assess my pool and discuss a contract for service. At the conclusion of the visit, Mathew informed me that if I ever have an issue concerning service at the above listed number, to contact him directly. Several weeks ago, Kenneth was out ill a couple of days, and I attempted to contact his supervisor to inquire about a replacement technician to service our pool while Kenneth convalesced. Attempted calls to the supervisor went straight to voicemail, but I was unable to leave a message due to the voicemail box was full. I then contacted Mathew out of the Tucson office and informed him that Kenneth was out sick, and I could not get in touch with the supervisor. Mathew informed me that he works out of Tucson and there was nothing he could do for me. I reminded him of his visit to my home for the initial assessment and contract, and most importantly because of his status / tittle in the company to reach out to him regarding issues with service. Mathew responded with he works out of Tucson, and I concluded the call.
