Consistency of weekly service, the information provided about the condition of the pool and what services were performed. The pictures are also great to see. Now that the transfer from Amenity Pools has settled, I must say that the pool service from Crystal Falls has been great. I receive a text when the service person is on the way and summary after the visit via email. I have not seen any algae this summer. In the Phoenix area, that speaks volumes. Crystal Falls performs their service well! Thank you.

My pool technician, Nicholas, shows up faithfully every week and leaves my pool sparkling. Also, this spring when my water needed to be changed, I hounded the company over and over with questions and they were so gracious and patient and never seemed to get upset with me. I even called on a Saturday and they helped me.
