I adore my delivery driver! He has been with us for at least a year now and the difference between him & the old driver is night and day. He stops at my home even if the bottles aren't out, he calls if I don't answer the door, and if I'm home he brings the bottles inside for me. I get email reminders and phone calls so that's my fault if the bottles aren't out, but he always goes the extra mile for us. I have covid-related memory issues and cannot stress enough how impressive his level of customer service is. He is so very helpful to only be delivering 2 bottles. To be honest, with the recent Culligan rate increases I probably would have canceled my service if the old driver was still around.

My old water company changed to Culligan. I was super stressed out because I had the other company for years and liked the taste of their water. The lady from my old company reached out to Culligan to express my concerns about the quality and taste of their water. A wonderful young lady reached out to me and helped ease my concerns. She was willing to work with me and made me feel like a valuable customer. I'm looking forward to having Culligan as my new water provider. Most importantly their water taste AMAZING.
