I was pleased that the Culligan Representative was on time for the initial inspection. Being on time is critically important to me and sets the stage for whatever happens after the initial contact. The rep was polite, detail oriented and respectful, and he clearly explained the project, including what I could expect. The Rep also explained the product he represented and described available options.
