Larry miller came to help solve a problem with water pressure running through the filtration system on Friday, April 18, 2025. His knowledge, professionalism, and thoroughness are stellar! Very few service employees have his level of knowledge and ability. He explained the issue in terms that I could easily understand. In checking all aspects of water usage, he showed me that my irrigation system not only exists, which I was told hadn't been used in years, but also works. I purchased my home three months ago and thought the irrigation system would need to be replaced. Mr. Miller's attention to detail saved me time and money! He resolved the water pressure issue and helped me better understand the system. Thanks to Mr. Miller and I hope Culligan recognizes its highest quality employees!
