We had a filter installed by Larry. We had a issue with some hoses leaking. Levi came Monday morning to correct it. Worked great. Levi called us Tuesday morning to see if everything was OK. We discovered a small leak from a different location. Levi was here with in 3 hours to fix it and it seems to be good. Levi was kind enough to give us his number if we had any problems. We are very impressed with both Levi and Larry and are outstanding representatives of Culligan in Panama City Florida. Service like they gave is a rare occurrence these days. We are very grateful to them both and please share our thanks with them both.

Since Dothan could not service us in accordance with our appointment made three weeks ago the Panama City office sent a representative out. Camden did a great job. He was courteous, professional, and a tribute to the personnel employed at Panama City Culligan. Since our system is over 20 years old he explained what he was doing and which components he was checking, gave advice as to what we needed to be aware of and tested our water to assure its quality. We are very pleased with his work and know we can call Panama City again if we have further needs.

I have a well so I have to have a water softener. This is pretty costly but needed. I have been able to get service pretty quickly when needed but it does take some time when I have to get a call back from the person I originally talked with.

I like the taste of the water. I like the cost of the product. I like the fact it is delivered to my apartment. And it's very important to me that the driver spends 2 or 3 minutes asking how I am. He is someone who would notice any change that should be brought to someone's attention. At my age, that is very comforting. Thank you for being a company that goes above and beyond just delivering water. You hire employees that prove the company cares for the community also. Thank you from a customer who is in her mid eighties.
