I love my upright water machine, it has hot and really cold water on demand! I am disabled and this machine Daylene Todd recommended to me because it loads from the bottom! So easy! The delivery people are always nice and helpful. They use care when delivering my bottles, always friendly Great Company!

I love my water! It tastes wonderful, and it is easy to maintain. Mike lL., the technician knows his stuff and takes great care of my equipment during the yearly filter change and maintenance. The home office is easy to speak with and schedule appointments. Highly recommend!

Well, I was with another company and they never answered their phone calls. And when they did answer, they never solved my problem so I switched over. I talked to Kelsey on the phone and she was a sweetheart! So helpful and so full of knowledge! And Pete Was very friendly too! He was so quick and kind. Thank you Culligan for getting me back my water.

I am so happy I called your company & got such great customer service. Ordered and was delivered the next day. I was with Crystal Springs/Primo for almost 20 years & they are the worst when it comes to helping anyone, I always sat on the phone for at least 2 hours just for them to answer a call. YOUR water tastes like a fine expensive Wine of some sort!! No more having to buy extra bottles of water & I love that you service your machines. I spoke to Daylene Todd, she answered the phone personally, had me set up for delivery the next day & they showed up!! I love the taste of the water - I am a water snob - I am a customer of yours for life! Tonya

I appreciate the regular monthly exchange of water containers. We've had issues trying to get deliveries in the middle of our schedule, if we have an unexpected increase in use.
