First off I need to say that the installers,Tino and Chelsea, were amazing. They were very professional and easy to deal with. They worked hard for 4 hours and had an amazing attitude. They answered all my questions and provided me with many directions and go to’s for any additional information I might need. So, between the sales man and the installers, I give Culligan an Excellent. I don’t do these very often unless it is worth it one way or another. The whole team was amazing. Thank you

Chelsea was great. My one suggestion: I would like more of a proactive maintenance service so it just factors in scheduling an annual maintenance and checkup with filter exchange.

The service I received today, and I've been a customer of culligan for approximately 24 years, was the most superior service I have received from any annual service company. The person that provided it was a person I've never seen before. His name is tino t. I N O and he went to water testing and he did everything. I have. The other services i've had from culligan have taken approximately 10 to 15 minutes. The service took almost an hour and it was so, so I couldn't believe it. Then at the end of the service, he went over the water softener diagnostic sheet very, very superior in his customer service. He was professional, he was well groomed and I am just route.
