Being over 80 I very much appreciate the driver taking the salt to my basement, topping off my softener and leaving extras close by. I can still load a bag when I want but it's nice to have it brought in and put next to my softener. I also appreciate regular deliveries so that I don't have to go out shopping for the salt. Well it may cost more the service is worth it. I've also had the delivery person reset the timers on my softener which is helpful as I can't see the dials on the mechanism very well. Everyone from Culligan that has come to my home has been very courteous, professional and interested in making sure that I'm a happy customer. And highly recommend Culligan of Allegan as a small business you will enjoy working with.
