Good customer service both in office and at residence. Knowledgeable service reps in the field, good equipment that is reasonably priced and rarely needs maintenance
I just have a water softener. It's fine and it's nice to have the salt delivered and put in for me. I like the reminder notifications, so I can remember to leave access for the delivery.
In over 20 years of being a Culligan's customer, I have never had a single problem with their service. Once my rental tank didn't seem to be working correctly, and they handled immediately by bring out a new unit. They always send a reminder about upcoming deliveries, which is greatly appreciated, and their delivery guys are top notch.
I like having the piece of mind knowing that if something goes bad ,the parts will be replaced at no cost. The office staff and the service technicians have always treated me very well,
