We like the softener we have rented for years but lately we have had some water leaking on our floor after the softener regenerates and have had to call 3 different times to have a repair man come out. It has only been 3 days so its hard to know if its totally fixed. It appears to have stopped leaking but time will tell. The gentleman who came out was pleasant and worked diligently to identify the problem. We appreciate the service Culligan provides as well as the soft water.
