As a Culligan customer of nearly 25 years now, I can positively attest to the durability, reliability and trouble-free operation of Culligan mechanicals. I have never had any kind of service failure or breakdown that has interrupted the continued seamless function of my Culligan unit. The peace of mind it provides knowing the worry-free reliability and dependability of its design is hugely reassuring. The service visits I have scheduled over the years have been very few (speaking positively here, as not really needing them in an urgent sense ) and largely due to routine maintenance. In every instance, the service personnel have been knowledgeable, efficient and polite. It has been and continues to be a true pleasure doing business with Culligan, a rarity in today's consumer climate of corporate greed and customer alienation.
