I couldn’t be happier with my Culligan water softener system — it’s working beautifully and has made a noticeable difference in the water quality at my house. The system itself is highly effective and has been running without any issues. A special shoutout to Karen, who has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to educate me about our water and how the system works. She’s always friendly, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Any time I had a question, she’s been right there with a helpful and informative answer.

The service tech that came out was knowledgeable, polite, worked quickly, and did not try to up-sell me on anything other than the parts needed to complete the job I asked for. I am moving this summer, and will be contacting Culligan for a new softener system in that house as well.
