Products are expected to start performing as promised. Previous to recent visit from Technician, treatment system was not performing correctly. When system was first configured, an appropriate amount of salt was supposedly figured into the price. Now, months later, it is discovered an insufficient amount of salt was added. So I have to now pay more for salt. I didn't expect that. Imposed a hardship. Technicians came out twice. Each one readjusted settings for water treatment unit. Hopefully the latest settings will remove the hard water contributors. I stated from the beginning that I am on a well and in an area that has high levels of arsenic and therefore high levels of iron. The most recent technician appeared to have a good handle on the problem and hopefully made proper adjustments.

First of all the professionalism and knowledge of our sales rep Andrew/Drew Smith. He patiently explained our test results and options to us n a friendly manner. Then our installation with Nate Grate was done so well and cleaned up nicely afterward. Our 140 year old Michigan basement crawl space was a real challenge! Then also we are enjoying the High quality reverse osmosis system which tastes great!

The equipment is a real workhorse, no problems, no hassles, just keeps working. Loading the salt is getting difficult due to the weight of the bag. But I will figure a work around to load up the tank.
The staff I have dealt with via the phone on occasion were always professional and most helpful.
Culligan Services is a very good company.

The best part is how good my water feels now that it is being treated. The results were immediate and very noticeable. My skin felt dry and tight before. Now, since my water is being treated, I feel better. I also see a huge difference in the amount of lather I now get with soaps and shampoos. I'm thankful to have such good water now. Thanks to Culligan! The technician that came out to install my equipment was extremely knowledgeable and explained the system to me very well. The work that he did is also very neat and tidy, and he cleaned up after he completed the installation. I would recommend Culligan to anyone and everyone!
