We appreciate the rapid response to our service request. I discovered a small leak in the system, which turned out to be a stress fracture in the big blue canister. You walked me through bypassing the system in order to protect my home from further damage. Thank you for always taking care of us.

The compact size of our new water softener is great! Also, Antwonne, the service rep that did our yearly maintenance recently, was awesome! He answered questions, and was so polite, professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with our experience with Culligan!

Each person involved from sales (Jenifer) to installation (Marissa/C. Bradley) to billing (Sam) has been top notch. They are responsive and professional. Monthly fee is reasonable. Our office employees enjoy the cold filtered water as well as the hot water option. Using the Culligan filtered water dispensers has saved over 500 bottled waters in less than a month and we are all choosing the healthy option of drinking more water. This is our second time using Culligan of Atlanta / Total-Water.
