Everyone I've had dealings with at Culligan is knowledgeable and professional, while being personal and friendly at the same time. We recently purchased a new water softener, and the young man who helped us decide which unit would be exactly right for our needs did an excellent job. There was no hard sell . . . just a lot of questions to help determine which unit we should buy. The two employees who came to install the new softener and remove the old one were respectful, timely, and did a fantastic job of installing the unit AND cleaning up after themselves. I poked my nose in a few times, and they patiently answered all my questions. Whenever I call the office, Lou treats me like a friend; we even share a few laughs sometimes. Culligan of Austin is the BEST!

Very easy to understand with installation. Easy to call and have salt delivered and they're even kind enough to take it all the way downstairs and fill up my soft water for me since I've had shoulder issues. Fantastic company.
