Love how our Service provider is VERY HELPFUL with keeping Criteria Labs on kilter. It's really the small things that he does that add up and make our appointments enjoyable. Like how he took a photo of out water reading to track usage on the next delivery. He also is patient with teaching as he unhooks and hooks it all back up while I watch. Thank you for all you do for us here at Criteria Labs!!

I love the residential salt delivery service! My driver , Justin i think, is so friendly and even texted me the day before my delivery to see if I still needed the salt. He texted me when he was on the way, He was prompt, courteous and broke up any bridging before putting the salt in the tank. I have used Culligan for many years and would highly recommend then to anyone!

We like about Culligan the reliability and quality of water, but honestly, the biggest reason we are very satisfied is our delivery driver, Justin. He is always on time, respectful, and goes out of his way to make sure everything is placed correctly and handled carefully. His professionalism and kindness makes the whole service feel personal and trustworthy. Because of him we are confident staying with Culligan. He truly represents the company in the best way!
