Hi there Toniya, I just wanted to thank you for setting us up for success with our water softener. When I called last week thinking something might have been wrong, you didn’t hesitate to get us on the schedule to have someone come check it out. This morning Matt came and checked everything for us and things are running great. You could’ve dismissed me but you didn’t and I appreciate that. Matt was thorough and professional and took care of us. So again, thank you for all that you’re doing!

The water I receive from the RO system is the best ever! Even friends of ours comment on how really good the water tastes! Nicholas was very professional and efficient was very careful about keeping the kitchen clean and neat. I've always had great service from the Culligan service representatives and the scheduling person I speak with on the phone. I have always bragged and recommended Culligan water softeners and drinking water systems!
