The staff and technicians are always very helpful and patient.
On this occasion, Demetria Manning gave me good information and feedback on an issue over the phone. She was very resourceful.
The technician, Matt called to go over my concerns that same day. He listened and he took the time to explain things to me.

Kenny Wood was my salesperson and he was very professional and thorough. Great follow-up. My system was installed by Matt. Wow! He was great. Listened to my desires on the installation, offered suggestions and completed the installation without any issues. A part was needed to finish the drain installation and when that arrived, about a week later, Matt was here to install and finish. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend Culligan without reservation.

Just had service by technician. I believe his name is Matt. Could be wrong about that…. Short term memory issues. But he was Awesome! Diagnosed & Fixed the problems quickly. And he spent a lot of time guiding me through the process of resetting the controls including a hand written cheat sheet. Much appreciated and would like to thank him again for his help and professional assistance. GREAT asset to the Culligan team!!
