Culligan has been very responsive to customers. I had my filters replaced recently, and Culligan did an inspection of the water softener as well as the reverse osmosis system I have in the house. I will be staying with Culligan as their service and equipment are excellent.

Hi there Toniya, I just wanted to thank you for setting us up for success with our water softener. When I called last week thinking something might have been wrong, you didn’t hesitate to get us on the schedule to have someone come check it out. This morning Matt came and checked everything for us and things are running great. You could’ve dismissed me but you didn’t and I appreciate that.
