They work and the service is good. This visit for my RO annual change went well as always and i have them to a check on my water softener. this is the first time that the service person told me about the settings and what the flashing means, I have forgotten now and he said I could call and they would talk me through any adjustment needed. I have had the conditioner for 7 years and this is the first time. It would be nice to have a written manual telling me what the flashing of the time means and what to do about it.
Brenda Metzger was not only my sales person at the start, but I have been able to reach out to her for other needs, and she helped me to get to the right people to setup regular maintenance visits.
I sent an email reply from my last receipt. I am fine with the service, and the water is good. Just some tweaks to customer service are needed.
With my previous supplier, SunRay Water, if I left out 3 empty bottles, they would leave 3 full bottles. So far, delivery from Culligan, has left two full bottles, but took all 3 empties.
I maintain a reserve of 10 (11 including the one on the stand) bottles at tall times, and now I am down to 6 (actually it is 9, forgot to count the 2 I received this week and the one on the stand) lol. How do you want to handle this situation. I have called before and requested 3 bottles every 4 weeks (or per month is fine). One more issue I have... I receive a text that says I am scheduled for delivery on Monday, but the driver does not come until Wednesday. I am leaving the bottles on the front porch Monday - Wednesday because I don't want to miss you.
Again, I have called in about this... but it didn't get fixed.
Let me know if you can resolve this for me please.
To summarize:
My preference is for the text (SMS) notification be accurate and prompt me for the date of delivery. Wednesdays, right?
If I leave 3 empty bottles out... please leave 3 full bottles. If you only have 2 available, don't take the 3rd empty. I strive to make sure I have 3 empties by the delivery schedule.

Oh by the way, this receipt that shows two deposits credited, but still one charged didn't make any sense to me. perhaps this was an attempt to answer my call to the manager. I left a message but NEVER received a return call.
My wife and I have been using Culligan products for over 20 years. We recently sold our home and moved to a new location. We needed a water softener like the one we left behind. Austin S came to the house with a polite attitude tested our home water quality. Austin was great by setting us at ease with the description of the equipment with which we were familiar. Then told us about the improvements that were made since our purchase over seven years ago. We made our decisions to get the new equipment installed next week.
