Technicians have always been professional and helpful. Appointments are convenient. My one complaint is that I was told there wouldn’t be a fee for a tech to look at my water softener when I was having problems with it. I was charged around $90, it was billed as an estimate. He was in there less than 2 minutes. I paid it, but in hindsight I should’ve insisted on a credit towards my account or a refund.

I had a problem with my Reverse Osmosis system. I thought it was a problem with the faucet, so I called the Austin Office. They had a tech in my area and sent him to look at it. Turns out it wasn't, and he had it fixed within seconds of arriving. That is excellent service, thank you, Culligan.

As a disabled man in wheelchair, I tried doing my own salt in my softener, but it's just to heavy for me. Their salt delivery prices are to good to not use it. Thank you

Spencer was very informative, thorough, professional and friendly. He tested our water and determined our water softener needed to be serviced, assisted with getting that set up and suggested a RO system for our home. Love how our Service provider is VERY HELPFUL with keeping Criteria Labs on kilter. It's really the small things that he does that add up and make our appointments enjoyable. Like how he took a photo of out water reading to track usage on the next delivery. He also is patient with teaching as he unhooks and hooks it all back up while I watch. Thank you for all you do for us here at Criteria Labs!!
