Culligan took care of the rental unit anytime there was a problem. All the techs and office personnel were excellent in both knowledge and customer service. I was always treated as if I as their only customer.

The water filter works great until it doesn't. That is normal, but the problem is that after our call for service it took almost two weeks for someone to show up to fix it. In the meantime we had to buy cases of bottled water.
