If I had to guess it’s been 29 YEARS I’ve been using Culligan of Austin. 29 years ago I moved to Texas and had no idea about hard water. Didn’t know what it meant. I found out quickly. I couldn’t afford to purchase so I decided to rent the equipment and be on the salt route. It turned out (for me) renting was best due to the fact that I never had to worry about maintenance or cost of any repairs. 10 years ago I moved to a smaller home and yes, you guessed it. Stayed with same company, had them come and install another unit and still rented it and stayed on salt route. That was 10 years ago. I didn’t even consider calling another company and that says everything. The people in the office have been nothing but helpful, kind and knowledgeable as is the delivery person and all techs that have ever come out if I had any issue or question.
Nicholas Kuhn serviced us with outmost professionalism, very personable, and thorough ensuring we were setup / connected with the connect app. My husband is going to enjoy this feature. He is an asset to the company and went out as far as checking our salt level which was low and assisted adding bags of salt in the tank for us.
