Being disabled it is certainly nice to have my salt delivered and put in the tank for me. The guy that has been coming is so nice and polite. I enjoy visiting with him. The people in the office are very helpful, and nice too.
Our Culligan system has worked very well for us. The service people have been polite, efficient and easy to work with. The office staff I've interacted with are always pleasant, polite and can usually answer any questions I may have.
You make this pretty easy - the exception is that I often have no idea when someone is coming to the house for the salt delivery and therefore I am not here to accept it. It would be much better if I had a notice more in advance so I could plan accordingly.
