I left a message because i discovered my salt was empty. I had been sick and didnt know for how long. We had a hurricane in Bemidji and power was out everywhere and no phone service! I left a message and somehow Culligan got it and texted me they would send someone out and they did, even though the town still had now power! I had power and the service worker was coming from Blackduck and hadnt gotten hit. Culligan is so good. And can work around the hardest problems!

Living alone, its very nice to have this service. It would be difficult for me to have to shop for salt and get it in my vehicle. Delivery is great and I don't have to worry about any repairs a softener might need.
