I currently rent a Culligan softener, and I can honestly say its the cleanest my water has been living in a high iron area. Everyone I've dealt with in the company has been very informative and helpful with the whole process.

We get salt delivered on as as needed bases which allows us to keep just the right amount on hand and not have to burden the salt delivery driver with stopping each month. When we get salt it’s usually 6 of the 40 pound bags and these need to be carried to the basement. At 75 I’m not up to hauling those bags in but luckily I don’t have to. The office and the delivery drivers set it up and notify us when they will be in the area each month so we can plan ahead. The delivery drivers is what makes it work. He is such a nice guy and so helpful. He takes care of hauling the 240 pounds of salt down the stairs and neatly stacks it. He will top off the salt tank, add the iron out and clean everything up. He makes it so easy.

We are always able to reinitiate our service when we return from our outstate winter home. The driver gets our delivery to our deck near the door if we are not home. Prompt service and attention to our needs is always a priority to Culligan of Bemidji. On-line bill payment makes everything easy'. We are 80 miles from Bemidji so on-line bill payment and ordering are essential and we also know that if in the Bemidji area we can always stop in the office and readily get things done.
