I have ha my Culligan water softener for many years, it was installed because the water here in Meridian is extreamly hard! The service is excellent, and as I have gottene older and no longer able to lift the heavy bags into the tank I have it delivered. They come out every 6 months fill my salt tank and service the machine as needed! The service is done with a smile and care! greatly appreciated!

Several factors make it easy to continue services with Culligan - First, I'm always appreciative of the professionalism of the technicians that come to my home. They've all been very knowledgable of the equipment I have, and how to properly care for it, and this time was no exception. Second, I continue to be glad I choose Culligan versus any of the other systems. My system has held up wonderfully, and continues to provide high quality water for my home. And lastly, the technician was on time, called ahead as requested, and was very understanding when he arrived as I motioned him in the garage - I was on the phone with my boss at the time (I'm an FAA employee and we were discussing the shutdown and my job!) and he just went about his work until I was finished with the call. That was very much appreciated, and some vendors wouldn't have been so accommodating. Culligan Boise is a great company, from office staff to technicians, and its appreciated!

Great service and friendly staff. I have tried to recommend to many neighbors and friends in Mcall Idaho. The only challenge is that Culligan only comes to town when there are enough customers for the trip from boise to mccall...which leaves people having to wait months at times. I understand the predicament....but it is difficult to refer and recommend if new customers have a long delay .... We have 2 units and have been with you over 25 years...We still have to wait 3-6 months to get on scchedule for just the yearly check up on our 2 systems

The water is clean and refreshing. We went 2 years without Culligan and we finished off the first 5 gallon jug within a day. My wife and kids who usually hate drinking water will drink Culligan like it’s the greatest thing ever, which it is.
