Our delivery man gave exceptional customer service. I was at work and forgot to leave the water bottles out and he knocked on our door. It was raining and he was kind enough to bring all the water bottles inside the garage. My wife wanted to make sure he got recognized by his company. Customer service is declining rapidly. I’d be proud to employ this individual if I were in your position!

This Monday, 4/13, salt for softener delivered. The service is always excellent from scheduling to delivery. The process used is efficient. Communication is excellent The Friday before I checked the salt status it was pretty low. That snuck up. I was on your schedule for early May. I called Culligan, the scheduler was polite and cheerful she had an opening for the upcoming Monday. Wahoo! Thank you Culligan!!
