Casey did a good job and a lot of heavy lifting with 4-40 pound bags of softener salt. He did a brief inspection and added a cleaning agent to our system. The company is very accommodating. On a few scheduled trips we didn’t need salt and it was not a problem that they came out. The office helped us set up a new schedule that might better suit our needs.

We have Very, Very Hard Well Water. And the Under sink filter gives us really great tasting water. It is a bit spendy, but worth it. And our Culligan Water Softener which we have had for over 15 years is working Great. There is such a difference when we don't have it connected. Our Culligan Man Is Always Very Helpful, Gives us Really Great Instructions. He Always Makes Sure He Checks our Inside Water & Outside Water for Hardness Levels. He always has Great Suggestions to assist us Improve our Well Water Issues. When He Finally Retires, We Will Miss Him. He is just so down to earth, & understands what our needs are. And HE IS A HOOT!

I have had Culligan water softener for many years, I am pleased with the service and salt delivery, they come twice a year to fill my salt tank and check the softener! I am very pleased with the service given!

Just Calling and speaking to the woman that helped me so quickly was awesome. The delivery was also quick. I would’ve received it sooner but was told the package had been returned. So they called to let us know they made arrangements to have it delivered by two days. Second day it was delivered by Culligan. The guy was very nice and found my place right away. Thank you Culligan!
