I truly loved Greg, the sales person and my installer was very proficient and kind. The system works great and I love having unlimited filtered water. I would like to say that I'm disappointed in the lack of follow up. I never received a copy of my contract that was supposed to be emailed to me. I also had to call to schedule my service several days after I met with Greg, filled out the paperwork and provided payment.

Our delivery man is great. He came to the door and rang the bell indicating he was here with the bags of salt. I asked if he could bring them around back and put them in and he did. He is always very friendly and agrees to help.
