I trust the water purification and it tastes clean. The service man worked well and was amiable. I did not like that I wasted a whole day waiting for the service man to arrive, even after having contact with the office several times that day. The service man came the next day. I think the window for the arrival time for service is too long-5 hours! The day I waited I was told he would be here between 7:00 and 12:00, so I was ready at 7:00. I ended up having to postpone an afternoon appointment, and the service man still didn’t arrive! It was a very frustrating situation.
