Ease of billing. Convenient. always on time. Would do better if you gave a 3 hour window for delivery. Also bottles are heavy for older customers. You may consider giving the service of delivering bottles to a designated area inside the house rather than at the door. Even if you added a small charge for that service.

I order salts for water softener and the service has been amazing. I suffer from back issues so not able to take the bags down in the basement anymore. So I requested if the driver could bring it downstairs. They said no worries he will do that and he did. The driver was so good, professional and courteous and put all the bags downstairs for me. I really appreciate it thank you Culligan.
