Excellent customer service and very good quality products. The new faucet is a huge improvement compared to the older model of Culligan faucet at many levels: function, sleek, stylish, no peeling-off label with the Culligan name, no squeaky and stiff handle-lever, no ugly/black gasket showing around the base of the faucet, much better and more finer control of the volume of filtered water released from the faucet, shiny chrome, etc. Fantastic advice of our knowledgeable Culligan technician, Patrick Laurel, who was very helpful, skillful, understanding, respectful, considerate, kind and professional. He solved the problem of filtered water not being released from the faucet and advised me on how to prevent that from happening again. We are very pleased and delighted with the excellent workmanship and talent of our technician, Patrick Laurel.
