Sales was over confident and under informed resulting in less than optimal contract, then installation was efficient, but poor quality. Management was able to respond promptly and remediate all factors in a timely, thorough and efficient manner such that we are, so far, happy with the purchase and initial set up. Follow up service to be revealed. So listen carefully, ask (a lot of) questions and pay attention to any details.

Customer service is excellent as always, our first water system was efficient and reliable for more than 20 years. I unfortunately cannot say the same for this new one that was serviced. I deeply regret we made this purchase. I will never recommend the new system to my family and friends.
