The great service. I phoned on a Sunday and reached a live person! I got a callback on Monday and my water softener was fixed on Wednesday. I mean that's real service. I find your staff are very, very pleasant and always very accommodating. I can't say enough good things about them!

I like the water taste for one, but also the service is more convenient as I travel sometimes and could not always be here for a scheduled delivery with my prior service (whose water taste I did not like as well). I appreciate I can order as we need and around my work schedule. Great price and my delivery driver is SUPER nice and awesome. It’s an enjoyable delivery every time. Thanks for this great service!
