The service tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I didnt like the fact that the phone represebtative had such a thick accent that I have an extremey difficult to understand him and I had to have him repeat himself many times. It was so frustrating that I was going to hang up and call back in hopes of getting and different person. There is no need for this issue. I would have given a score of 10 if this was not a problem.

Products work as outlined in the literature. Service personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. They answer all my questions and make sure that I know how the system works from the water softener, through the Iron Cleaner to the reverse osmosis. I also have my own UV light.

Water tastes much better than the tap water here in Paris ON. Plus I don't have to lug those heavy cases of water from the store in the car then into the house. We went from 2 bags of recyclables to only one bag per week. The cost was much less than I thought it would be per month on a rental.
