I enjoy being able to come into the store and easily locate the products I need for the hot tub. I like the water testing that is complementary. I appreciate the maintenance programme for the water softener and the delivery of the bags of salt. Your staff bring them right into the house for me. There was an issue with the water softener recently. Your technician Steven was very polite and efficient in resolving that issue. He even noticed another small part that needs to be replaced. Your staff were very helpful in setting up an appointment for that job. Also, I value the community support that is provided by Culligan of Brantford.

Danielle, the sales representative at the Brantford Store is very helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable about beachcomber hot tubs. Very much appreciated in her addressing all of my questions and concerns. And, I am fortunate that she is close by where, I can drop in to discuss water chemistry, etc. Also, the service rep, Greg is very helpful as well.
