Service man was polite, professional, and very tidy. He carried the salt downstairs, checked the salt level in my tank and emptied a bag into it. He was very helpful. I am extremely pleased with the service. Cost is very expensive though. I was unaware of your payment policy, as I did not have a cheque or cash with me... only my credit card. I have broken my shoulder blade and am waiting for my son to be able to drive me to your office for payment. I will do this in the near future.
