I like the fact that you deliver the salt, and that the people who deliver it take it to my basement and even put it in the system for me. I can't lift the bags, and the drivers who have delivered my salt and taken it downstairs for me have always been so incredibly nice and helpful. In addition, I don't have to remember to change the filters in my RO system, it's taken care of for me. The person that has been replacing them have pre-charged the filters, so that they are ready to go and I don't have to remember to run water for a while to fill them. It's been great service, and I appreciate it.
