We had a water softening unit installed shortly after we purchased our house 10 years ago. We have never had any issues with their service or equipment. They are very responsive if you have a question or need more salt pellets delivered. Every employee we have encountered in those 10 years whether on the phone or in person have been very friendly while still being professional. We highly recommend Culligan of Brighton.
