The product works exactly like we were told. Our water quality has totally changed for the better. The way our showers and baths feel, also our clothes after washing are softer and smells clean.
The service that we received from our Callihan Specialist was excellent, his knowledge of the product was superb! He checked in after installing the system on more than one occasion to make sure we were pleased.

From the very first visit, which was the installation of the softening system, your crew that comes out here (mostly Tim Risher) has been extremely helpful, professional and kind. We are both senior citizens and neither of us are much able anymore to climb down the ladder that it takes to get into our crawl space, so he has been understanding of that. He also tells us, thoroughly, what service he has performed on any visit, what the outcome is and what, if anything, needs to be done going forward. He keeps us informed on when our next service will be and what that will entail, and we have every confidence in what he is telling us and what to expect. This is the first unit we've every rented, have always owned our own softening system before this, are we are quite pleased with the experience so far.

The reverse osmosis works great! It's great we don't have to haul heavy cases of water and drink out of plastic bottles! Very reasonable price and change filters every year. Great customer service!!!
