We recently tested positive for E. Coli in our well water and reached out to Culligan for help. Geoff was amazing from start to finish — knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to act. He expedited service right away, and they installed a UV light to treat our water. The whole experience was smooth and professional. We’re so impressed with the service that we’ll definitely be contacting Culligan again when we buy our next rural home. Highly recommend!

My softener consistently works, it’s clearly a quality made product. I rely on its wifi (IoT) communications to the app on my phone, letting me know if salt is low, using the bypass feature when running my garden hose, and even calling for additional salt. From a service perspective, I always have a friendly helpful person to work with in Brockville, who knows my account, confirms the details, and sets up the delivery of the salt. The driver carries the bags to my door step (my preferred spot). I would very much like the API developers of the Culligan app to PLEASE allow 3rd party home automation systems to be able to hook into MY data in the app so I can pull the details into my own home automation dashboard (look into “Home Assistant”, for example). Having to use the Culligan app independently and not connected into my main home dashboard is antiquated. Even companies like Bosch, GE, Ford and so many others allow this openness. Thank you!
