Customer service is amazing , I have always reached out to our sales guy Kevin anytime I had questions and he was so helpful and responded quickly, he has guided us through the last few years with water issues we have had. We have never had issues with our softener in the 5.5 years we have had it , happy that we finally did the iron filter with the drinking water system. Very happy we made these choices .
