I love that my salt can be delivered to my house and even a few of those bags put right into my softener tank. I always have to have my neighbour come and do it for me so it’s GREAT when the delivery man fills it up while he’s here. Plus very pleasant and courteous!

Although VERY expensive U fell we got good service for it. The water test consultant was timely and explained what we needed based on the water test results. The order was made and the installation team was here as scheduled. They were efficient, clean, and tidy in the removal of the old one and installation of the new one. Geoff was very knowledgeable during the initial water test, and carefully explained to us each step. We appreciate being kept in the know of what's going on. Having moved from the city to well water, there was a great deal of adjustment to make, and I was glad that he didn't use any high-pressure sales tactic. Just the knowledge and mannerism won us over. Chris was very helpful as the installer, and very neat as well. You could hardly tell he'd been there after he left! Of course, except for the brand new water spout and the equipment under the sink. The follow-up was great as well. There was a minor hiccup which was addressed immediately.
