We like the delivery of our drinking water as opposed to having to shop for it. It's convenient and easy to make a change in the delivery if needed. On the downside every now and then we get bottles that leak but the delivery guy is good about not charging for a replacement bottle. The cost of renting the unit itself is high versus buying one and after ten years of renting one it would be nice if they took considering a cheaper option for a longtime customer.

Equipment keeps horribly hard, high iron water clear. Upon having a "bleed through " issue, service showed up next day and fixed issue. Service guy was knowledgeable and professional. We have had very few issues with the equipment over the decades we've had it. Our water is horrendous so the equipment rental is not cheap, but WORTH IT!!!
