I appreciated the service man (Seth) and what he did and what he told me to make my water issue better. He seemed to know what the issue was and explained it so I could have it fixed. He cleaned and changed my tank as well. I appreciated his knowledge.

It's been 2 years since I had my system installed. The equipment has been reliable and requires very little attention. Only issues I have is with scheduling the yearly service. Was told a tech is only in my area on certain days. The system is in my second home and I'm typically not there the middle part of the week when they're available.
The technician John is very knowledgeable and helpful. The salt delivery man was also very nice. They are clean, well mannered and thankfully not fragranced since I am allergic. My first call about scheduling yearly maintainence Cassis had told me it was $179 per tank/light plus 90 per hour labor plus parts for 1 visit. Well, that just hit me wrong, I had her clarify several times. I weeks later found out she must have either misunderstood or something. But both young women I have spoken with in the office are nice. Jeff was very helpful, also!
When I am having trouble with my rented tank and I call, you come and change as quick as you can. The workers at the Brookville Office are very friendly.
Very satisfied with the convenience of the tank exchange here at home, zero maintenance on our part. The quality of our water is so good, I don’t like water at anyone else’s home! Thanks Culligan.
I am a little disappointed this time. I thought the fella would have checked the system and reset the clocks/timers...or at least check and see if they needed reset (they did need reset)
My wife happened to be home. She said he was in, filled the salt thing, and was out in a total of 6 minutes. Fast and efficient for sure...but not thorough in my opinion.
If his job is not to give a quick system check...then disregard my disappointment. Im not wanting to get the guy in trouble if this is not part of the service.
The guys are always friendly and professional when they deliver and put my salt and or soda ash on my tanks. If I have an issue someone comes to check my system as soon as possible.
Recently had a quarterly touch base with Culligan. I provided 4 pieces of feedback regarding our services and experience. I received a phone call w/in an hour of providing that feedback with solutions or steps to getting to a solution for each item. I'm impressed with the recent change in customer attention and really appreciate it and wish other organizations would take notes and learn from you. It means a lot that you're not only providing a service to make money, but your team truly cares about our experience and ultimately well-being when it comes to my water that my family and i are drinking and bathing in.
