well, al in all the service is great, however the $2 charge for processing my paper bill is out ride ridiculous. With the use of computers and all the current electronics this is just another way of ripping the consumer off. Question did the corporate office pass this extra income on to the employees, --OF course NOT !! You cann stick it if not>

And I've been very, very pleased with the new whole new staffing and everything in the office. And the jeff, i think his [LAST NAME REMOVED] in the office manager in brookfield, pennsylvania. They have been very, very nice. I've had culligan since the early ninety's, and this is the best i've ever been treated. I'm not a spring chicken and I appreciate the old school values. Thank you.

I’m a seasonal customer and the staff is so helpful when I call and they are so accommodating whenever I call asking them to pause my service and equally helpful whenever I call to turn my service back on
I am very pleased with culligan as I have been a customer for over 10 years and plan on continuing to be a customer another 10 years
