We love the ease and convenience of having water that does not taste like chemicals and does not smell like chlorine when we drink it. It's used for filling daily water bottles, making powdered drinks and meals with, and occasionally to water seedlings or newly started plants. If concerns arise we feel that they are listened to and taken care of accordingly.
