My Culligan tech was Johny, thought i was having trouble with my Culligan system but it was working fine, Johny had an app on his phone that would tell you of water usage, i was using 510 gallon a day, which was impossible, after checking many valves in the house it was finally determined my shutoff valve to the barn malfunctioned & a water line in the barn developed a leak & I had no idea because I had the water to the barn shutoff but the shutoff was not working, if it wasn't for Johny I would have had a pretty tough time figuring this out, I even had a certified plumber come out & he blamed the Culligan tank drain, the Culligan tanks were doing exactly what they're supposed to do, filter water& I would recommend this system to anyone, crystal clear water, more suds with your soaps & no film or rust residue, they do a fantastic job, now instead of hearing my water pump kick on every half hour & watch my electric bill go up, I can sit & finally relax thanks to Johny , my Culligan hero. I have been a Culligan customer for many years & that's why, they take care of their customers. Thank you.
we love the delivery service. our driver is always super friendly when we have an opportunity to see him. the only negative is that the bottles seem to leak more now then when we first starting getting delivery.
I like Seth. He is very good at his job and knows everything about the problems with the equipment and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in working order before he leaves my house
