My water is soft, and the technicians are friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the notification of the periodic visits, and the phone call announcing that the technician will be at my home shortly. That’s very helpful. The office staff is also extremely helpful when I’ve had to call them. I have only good things to say about Culligan, it’s a service and its product.

We purchased a replacement Culligan water softener and RO treatment system about four years ago. It was time to have them checked and fortunately they are working just fine. The tech suggested I check a small filter on the regeneration system annually to ensure it is not plugged. We were pleased with the service.
