I like that my salt is delivered and I don't have to deal with bringing in bags of salt and getting them to my basement. When my softener and rust preventive units need service they are taken care of in a timely fashion. Employers that come into my home are trust workthy and friendly. Staff on the phone are effecient and have handled my questions and concerns quiclkly. I have been a customer since 1993.
