the delivery of the salt I don't like because they have forgotten to deliver my salt about 3 times. We didn't receive our salt delivery this time (Sept). The delivery person was like I have to walk that far to put your salt in.
I really like how I can now pay my monthly bill via Autopay, receiving a statement via Email which also lists the monthly dates of salt replacement. Also, monthly drivers, service technicians and office staff are helpful and friendly.
The reverse osmosis system is simple, hidden, and produces great water. The testing that is done when installing the system is eye-opening. I have always been pleased with the service I've received.
Everyone from Melody in the office, to our delivery driver, is the absolute best! Always friendly and helpful. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone!
