We use your water softener and have for more years that I can remember, certainly over 40. I recall having a service call once although I forget why. I do remember that at that time the tank was emptied and scrubbed. Service has always been excellent. The bags of salt delivered when they were supposed to be. As we have grown older the driver always fills the tank for us.

Your delivery service is wonderful - I"m elderly and the driver is so considerate bringing 4 halfsize bottles right into my storage room and even placing 1 of new bottles on top so I have nothing to do but let him in and out!!
