Thank you to Nikki Joncas and Johannes helping us out in a pinch. We never received our water 2 weeks ago, we inquired about the missing water and 10 days went by with no response or follow up. Today, Nikki was able to get us a partial delivery pretty quick, the correct delivery schedule was passed along so hopefully we don't run into this situation again. Thank you so much for the quick delivery and awesome service!

You customer service is superb. Although my ongoing water issue has not yet been resolved, they have been patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me every step of the way. They have taken the time to listen to my concerns, keep me updated, and explore every possible solution. I also want to thank the technicians who have come out to investigate the issue. They have been courteous, respectful, and have worked hard to identify the problem. Even though the issue is still ongoing, I truly appreciate their dedication and persistence. I'd like to be able to order water (without the water cooler bundle). There's no place to click on MY ACCOUNT to just order water. Seems strange that it's not an option. I have to find the email from culligan to get to the portal. Please look into this. Otherwise, I always get the best customer service on the phone. Always. Good job.

It’s a trusted product with a well-known brand name worldwide, and Culligan’s service here in Alberta is excellent. Culligan representative Harshad gave us all the information we needed and clearly walked us through what they could do and what results to expect. The installer, Gagandeep, did an outstanding job, followed all our requests, completed the installation very well, checked that everything was working properly, and left the area clean.

On an acreage where well water is used, a water treatment system is required. I can't think of any other product or service I'd rather have. Culligan is reliable and sends a Tech every year to make sure the system is optimized.
