I used to love the water and the service. But this past year has been very hard to get any help with my concerns.
Until today when I spoke to Terry Aspenleider. She was so great. So knowledgeable, caring, helpful. She was right on top of my concerns immediately. She was so friendly and really took the time to get to know me and my concerns. Such a fantastic employee!
Service person came and assessed problem with water softener. He did a thorough check of the parameters and tested the water. He notified me that a flow meter was not working and gave me an estimate of the cost of replacement. I will be moving so declined the fix, so he did an adjustment to the program to prevent any further problems. He also delivered several bags of salt. He was polite, efficient and fair.
I called into the call center in Calgary to see when my next delivery was scheduled for. I called in twice (because I needed to confirm details) and both times the person on the line was friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable and assisted me with my query. I have only positive things to note about my interactions with Culligan.
We have the OR water filtration and love it
Just hope you would contact me when I’m due for a filter change. I pay rent for the equipment so I don’t have to remember when I’m due, that’s your job.
