I called Culligan because our water softener went out. Johnny came out and tested our water , explained what kind of softener we needed. Mark came out the following week and installed the softener. Mark went above and beyond putting a shut off valve inside the house so we wouldn’t have to shut water off at the meter. I’m glad we called Culligan in Cape Girardeau .

Asked for Service call and they responded Within a couple days. The Technician was Tom, who also did my install almost 2 years earlier. Slight adjust was made after thoroughly testing system. Everything was explained in terms I could understand. I felt respected as a customer and treated like a neighbor. Truly, hometown service.
