Softener usually works well in our hard water. Helps to use less soap and water feels nice in the shower. The repair person was very well prepared and fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time. we have not had any problem for several years and this was taken care of when we called. Great service!

Service is very good. We know our route/area persons. When we first moved here several years ago and started a new set up, we had the pleasure of meeting our Representative, Jonny Pruiett. He has been an amazing representative for us from the beginning. Also Mark who installed and services our equipment or checks on it if we have concern or issues. They both take the time to answer all our questions. We also like our delivery person who and I am sorry to say I can’t remember his name right now, but he is great and is always nice
