Tom, one of the owners, personally took my call and walked me through the entire process—explaining the expense, what’s involved, and answering every question I had. They performed a comprehensive water test, which was rare, fairly expensive, but incredibly enlightening. We ultimately decided on a whole-house water softener to extend the life of our equipment, along with a reverse osmosis system. Brian, their installer, arrived promptly exactly when they said he would. He was the nicest guy—took the time to explain where everything would go, how the system works, and walked me through all the valves. He even added shutoff valves for emergencies and helped link everything to the Culligan app. I couldn’t recommend these guys more highly. I was initially a bit shocked by the cost, but once I understood the technology involved and the precision required to do it right (and not flood your house!), it made sense. In the end, it was absolutely worth it
