The service we had at our home adjusting the mount for our big blue filter. The service technician Chris was the absolute best technician to come to our home for Culligan’s in almost five years! Extremely knowledgeable, and very determined to make sure everything was perfectly done! But what really stood out and made the experience personal was he previously had been to our home, to fix an issue another technician created. It was an emergency and our water was close to none because of the other technicians error. My wife was recovering from a surgery to remove a cancerous tumor 48 hours prior. Chris showed up very quickly after I called and he fixed the issue very quickly! But then he returns to install a better mount for the filter and one of the first things he did was ask my wife how she was doing with her cancer, and hoped she was well! That was months after he fixed the other technicians error!!! Knowledgeable, precise, informative, and remembering a very personal issue about a customer!! 10 out of 10 Stars for Chris!!
