We have used the Culligan Water System for about 15 years and have nothing but great things to say about the system itself, including resulting water quality, equipment, etc. The service department of Culligan has been responsive to to the few times that we had issues with equipment; within a few days a rep was here to rectify the problem. We take advantage of the salt delivery system that Culligan provides. And, if we need more (or less) it's as simple as a phone call away. We also have a service call every year that checks water quality. This is important to us because we live on a farm and are concerned about chemical runoff. You can't beat the Culligan Water System.
