Sales team and installer were awesome. Good communication and solved a pretty hard install to get my system in place. Sales team listened to what i wanted and didn't force the issue on up sales. They showed me the options and let me choose what i wanted.

Haven’t had it for very long but I’m sure happy that I got a water softener after being without for two weeks. I had one under a different company but they had no one to repair one. So I met with Caleb from Culligan and went through what they offered and did not pressure me into getting extra things that I didn’t want. I like that. Very nice and patient. Alex installed the water softener for me. He was great. Very nice young man.

The giddiness that I feel towards our Culligan water has not worn off from day one. Our city’s water is shockingly horrid. It smells bad, tastes bad, there is crap floating in it, it ruins appliances as well as skin and hair… Culligan has literally changed our lives. Skin issues have cleared, clothes are cleaner, and we have purified drinking water from the tap!! It seems like the smallest thing, but the impact on everyday life and wellness is huge. The financing made the decision a no-brainer and I have zero regrets. Thank you so much!
