All I've experienced so far, has been great. Initially a rep came out to my house and dropped off a 5 gallon bottle to see if my iced tea would fog. I found water wasn't the issue. I ended up switching to Culligan about a month later.
I wish you could send email reminder rather than a text. I don't text.
The service man they sent to our home was wonderful. He made sure our softener was cleaned and working like it should. We mentioned we also had filters that were to be changed and that we had to wait until next week. He went to check in his truck to see if by chance he had some and came back in the house and said he would take care of it. So all of the issues we had were taken care of promptly. We love the service Culligan has given us and we sure are happy we are on the privilege program.
We have had Culligan for at least 35 years and have been very helpful when needed and respond quickly when contacted. We use them for monthly salt and notify us when coming to refill and very polite and helpful.
