I love that my automatic re-order relieves me of the need to check the salt level, and the delivery is always proceeded by a text or email so I know when to expect it, and that the kind and professional delivery men will carry the bags of salt into the house, fill the softener tank, clean up and carry out the empty bags, relieving me of hauling five or six 40 lb. bags from the store to my car and then into my house and hoisting them chest high to empty into the tank! Best service ever!

Culligan came through with extra deliveries when needed. Honestly, I couldn't have done the entire transition without Culligan's help.
