Culligan of Central Ohio has the best customer service and policies. They are always on time and deliver on schedule. They always have the right products that we order. These are major issues we had with other companies. Also, I'm very forgetful and rarely put out my empty water bottles...I even forget to pay the bill sometimes. The delivery driver calls me when he's here to pick up the empties, which is a service no one else provides. And they give plenty of warning to pay the bill via different methods, so I always see one of those notices. The customer service agents are always kind and easy to deal with. They understand my forgetfulness and don't judge me (something this middle-aged mom of 3 really needs)! I'm so glad we switched to this company. - Brandy Abalos

Reliable products. Had both softener and RO purifier systems for over 43 years. Had one equipment failure in that time. Since I had kept my warranty up to date, the part was replaced at no cost. Salt deliveries are timely, and the delivery associates are always pleasant. We recently moved and had our system removed and reinstalled at another address. We also purchased another system for our new home. The sales manager coordinated the reinstall and new installation in one day. What else can I say.
