We always knew that Mike would take care of us if we ever had any reverse osmosis problems with the Culligan equipment and filters. Hopefully that great service will continue with the new management.
Culligan gives plenty of notice when they will be in my neighborhood to replenish my salt. They respond immediately to my texts, are friendly, always do what they say and make the experience of completing service as easy as humanly possible. GREAT company.
The whole Culligan experience has been excellent, from the salesman Ryan, from Jane and especially Jessica special recognition for her, to the technician installers Ted and Kit who impressively installed these systems, to Corwin who came out and replaced a water flow valve. This whole process exemplifies professionalism, competency, knowledge, friendliness, these are people you want as neighbors. From the initial consululation to now (over 2 years in) I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone I have interacted with at this office. I got 3 estimates from different local reputable companies before selecting this one, it was not the cheapest but when Mike came out I could tell he was by far the most knowledgable of anyone who came out to do estimates and he also didn't try to "upsell" me and wanted to make sure I selected products I would be happy with. Both systems have performed flawlessy except for minor adjustments for over 2 years and the technicians who have come out to do the annual servicing have went above and beyond to ensire I was happy with everything.
