I don't know much about the products other than what I've Googled but this company has been around a long time and has a good reputation. I expect there to be issues from installation to equipment failure and I accept those, it's always about how the company responds to these issues and this company has been exceptional, excellent in its response, diligently working and thinking of solutions and how to resolve issues.
