I have had Culligan service for decades and have always been very happy with the service I received. However, the last appointment I had, April 29, 2021, the technician who came to my house and filled up my water softener unit with salt was very sloppy. 1. He spilled salt on my floor and didn't clean it up. 2. He spilled salt on my rock driveway and didn't clean that up. 3. I always leave a plastic bag on the water faucet where the filter is so the technician can put the dirty filter in the bag. I want to see how dirty my water is. I have an old well for my water. It should be written in your instructions to the technician to put the dirty filter in the bag and leave it. This technician didn't do that:-( 4.
