I want to take a moment to recognize Robert, our Culligan service technician, for his outstanding work and professionalism. From the moment he arrived, Robert was friendly, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly went to work doing the yearly service requirements for our water softener and water purifier. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated how he respected my schedule and made the whole process hassle-free. Robert’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing Culligan service-he’s a true asset to the team.

I recently had a Culligan Select Plus Model Water Softener installed by Ronald Wood, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, Ronald was the epitome of professionalism—punctual, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. His technical expertise was evident throughout the installation process, and he took the time to explain the system thoroughly, ensuring I understood how everything worked. It took him no time to upgrade this replacement water softener. As for the Culligan water softener itself, the performance has been nothing short of outstanding. We have had a Culligan water softener operate flawlessly for the last 10 years. The quality and reliability of Culligan systems are well-known, and this model is no exception. This upgraded model makes our water is noticeably softer, appliances are running more efficiently, and even our skin and clothes feel better after just a short time using it. We are so pleased with the work that Josie and Ron have been doing in our house. Josie came and evaluated our systems and helped us figure out how to add in three reverse osmosis systems and a water softener. She was amazing how sensitive she was to my particular problems and we talked about all of the ways to try to get my special-needs son to drink reverse osmosis water instead of drinking water straight from the tap in the sink. We even talked about drinking fountains for him and other ways for him to benefit from the reverse osmosis water that the rest of us were going to be using. Josie was true to her word and came after the installation and checked everything. She caught a few things that needed to be fixed and Ron was here the next morning to make everything right. It’s such a relief to deal with top professionals!

Water tastes good. Service this time was excellent. Bonnie did a great job taking care of my needs. She was both.polite and responsive. Joe was great. So was the guy who came out the 2nd time but I forget his name. You are, however, woefully understaffed in the office. It took me several tries to get through to you. You forced my call from waiting into a voice mail that was never returned. I had a water leak so time was important.

Culligan has always been very consistent and reliable. This is the first time we had a problem and it was very frustrating. I talked to Karen on Friday and then again this morning. Karen was able to work with a driver to have a water delivery today and it was very relieving! Thank you, Karen, and the driver who delivered!
