There was a lack of communication regarding the arrival time of the technician. I had to call twice
to find out the arrival time.
My scheduled appointment time was between 9am - 12 noon.Finally at 2:30 pm someone arrived .His name was Ron Wood. He was not the original technician assigned to my home. He listened to my concerns, explained what he was doing and why. He made me feel like he really care about helping me,
The company needs more people like him.
Great products, best quality water and my installer Ronald was the best. Very happy with everything. The cost was a little high but the value is there. Will always have a Culligan whole house system.

This year like all past years, our service technician explained every step to be performed in our system maintenance and then did everything requested.
