First of all the water tastes delicious. Clean, crisp no type of aftertaste etc. It is always delivered on the day it's supposed to be here and placed where we requested it to be placed. It is also at (imo) a reasonable price point. Every Culligan employee I've dealt with has all been professional, kind, and helpful!

First system installed was defective. Took a year to figure out it was. New system works great! They since have mostly done away with the original system. Great water, no iron, no smell and better tasting. Culligan has the system to solve about any water issues. Totally satisfied!

Deliveries are usually on time every month, if have a problem customer service is always nice and helpful. One thing I would change would be when making a delivery, to let someone in the business know you are there and not just come in drop off water and leave.
