Last time he delivered, I was on the phone with a Client, and he professionally and politely and quietly brought in the salt!! Culligan has the best service hands down. I love how I can go online and see the delivery schedule. I like the reminder texts that come. The driver is great that handles the delivery for my accounts. We know him as "Q". He's always kind, very professional and he will even reach out to me to give me a heads up that he is on his way. He really represents the company is a good light.

We never have issues with our water cooler, our water, or our delivery service. We are always excited to receive our water shipment, and our delivery rep. “Q” is always very polite and upbeat. He always goes above and beyond and makes sure that we are all set before leaving. He also greets us and asks how our day is going. He makes us all smile! I would recommend him and Culligan to anyone! I am sure that the company must treat him well, he is wonderful to work with!
