I liked the young man who initially came and set us up with service. His name is Derek. Our last company had failed to make a delivery in over 2 months citing they were in the middle of a merger. Not my problem My husband has Culligan service at the shop. I was very happy to be notified of my delivery, and then actually receive it.

Product is working great, noticeable difference. The installation was a different story. Installer didn’t seem to know much about the product, may have been first install too. A few times water spewed all over the floor/wall during installation. Luckily in an unfinished basement, but still worrysome.
