The employees are professional and friendly. Any questions that we may have are answered with a quick phone call. We've really haven't had any issues with our delivery.
I always get the Product that I want & delivered when I need it. I never run out of My Spring water & even before the Delivery comes, the driver calls ahead to find out what I need & how many I need. I get 2 to 3, 5 gallon bottles each month, on time, never late & I also get a yearly Calendar showing me the dates of Delivery each month. I get my billing in my email each month on time & I can pay my bill online as well.

I called today to obtain information to pay a bill online. Lori Vezina was very helpful, with providing very important information that I didn't know that I needed. I greatly appreciated her willingness to assist me and to keep me informed.
Fantastic customer support. Called and spoke to someone (Lori V.) right away. the person who managed our Culligan account left the company and Lori made it very easy for me to switch the account over to different management. I also really like the flexibility to change the amount of water we need delivered as well as the delivery schedule. Thank you for being flexible, easy, and enjoyable to work with!
Knowing lead and other nasties are being eliminated from my water gives me peace of mind. I grew up in L.A. in the 50s and 60s. Even then we had Culligan filtering our water. When I purchased my 1st house, Culligan was part of my water system. Now I live in Ohio, and once again Culligan's whole house system is making my laundry and showers better, and the drinking water system in my kitchen gives me plenty of healthy water. I appreciate that the delivery personnel take the salt bags down to my tank and fill it for me. Talk about strong people! I couldn't begin to lift the salt bags so their service makes me so very happy!
