I like that the salt is delievered. I'll mention I have my delieved if I see them struggling. I'll help them load it into their cars and kind of wonder how it will get to their basement. They always seem interested. I feel I get a decent fair price. I think your delivery and maintenance free are your big seller... in long run soft water keeps corrosion down and does wonders for the wash. No hard water yellowing of whites. DB
