The products are great so far but for the install, that was a frustrating experience. Supposed to be here at 11 per installers phone call and I had to call after 12 as he still had not shown up. Said he would be here by 2 and I called the main office at 2:10 as again was still not here. Finally here at 2:25! Lost a whole day of work.
