So far I guess I'm more impressed with services than products. Had my softener and RO in place for a week and a half and had two separate issues with equipment. I was really disappointed that on a weekend no one could answer an emergency call. I was without water in my whole house past the softener. Only had cold water to kitchen. Called a few times with no call back or actions. Receivedapology on Monday when I was finally able to get help.

Living in a rural area where well water is our only water source, your products/services make our "quality of life" a lot easier for most of our "water related" chores (i.e. laundry, or in my case, use with oxygen equipment and CPAP machines using water from my ROA equipment).
