As a senior, I appreciate the convenience of delivery and filling through salt tank by very courteous servicemen.

i like the ability to not have to worry about salt delivery. With that being said, i'm not very happy with inability to be flexible with the schedule. This past delivery I had to be at doctor for follow up to a total left knee replacement and my husband is 3 months post back surgery. The only option left for us was have it left on the porch for my husband to deal with or wait another MONTH. So we opted for leaving on the porch as we have become accustom to soft water.
