Sam, the technician who serviced my unit was very thorough and efficient. After he tested the water from my bathroom sink, he determined that it was not soft enough, and he increased the amount of brine in the cycle/recharge (I'm not sure of the terminology) and said he would return in three or four days to see if the adjustment did the trick. Well, that's been over a week ago, and he has not returned to recheck my water. Can you get him to come back? Thanks.
