Since we have been customers with Culligan I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend to anyone if questioned about needing a water softener or an osmosis system. The employees are fantastic and service is great.
I like that service requires no time or effort on my part. However, there are some minor improvements that I would like to see:
1) An indicator on the UV unit to confirm that it is functioning.
2) A written summary of service should be provided at the time of the service.
These two changes would enhance the peace of mind your service provides.
Please send (email) my salt delivery schedule. I'm unable to find the one I had.
The last time a service guy made a stop, I didn't know he was coming that day and was not home. Have had 2 conversations with the home office since then and have been well informed way in advance of the next service appointment, so I can plan to be here and the guy will not have another wasted trip into the hinterlands of Remsen. Thanks for the information and for informing me of future service dates. Very happy with Culligan so far!
